Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration of Membership fee is Rs 100 per member and he/she can apply through the membership form which is available on the website.
2. Membership should be related to either blood relation or linked families of Thammaiah and Thimmajammal.
3. General Body Meetings typically take place once a year, while Directors’ Meetings are planned every three months periodically.
4. If a member passes away, the death fund of Rs 3000/- (not refundable) may be sent right away to their home as immediate relief.
5. Once in two years election is to be conducted for appointing President, Secretary, and Joint-Secretary. New directors will be selected by electoral members.
6. Members can use the Loan Form on the website to apply for a personal & medical loan.
7. The personal loan and the industrial loan have a 12% interest rate and the medical loan has a 6% interest rate.
8. The loan amount may be subtracted from the member’s share amount if the EMI is not paid for more than three months. The member could lose the value of his future shares.
9. Once a year, there should be a gathering.
10. Value for the share will be decided by the General Body Meeting.
11. Cultural activities should be conducted and prizes to be distributed.
